TP provides free, browser-based tools to convert images between RGB and CMYK color spaces and to upscale low resolution photos to higher resolution. The service is provided "as is" and may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.
You retain all ownership rights to any file you upload. By using this site, you confirm that you have the legal right to upload and process the file (for example, it is your own work, or you otherwise hold the necessary rights or permissions). You are solely responsible for the files you upload and how you use the results.
Uploaded files are processed on the server for the duration of your session only and are not intentionally retained afterward. See Section 7 for more on data handling.
You agree not to use this site to upload, process, or generate content that is illegal, infringes on the intellectual property or other rights of any third party, or that you do not have permission to use. You also agree not to attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its underlying infrastructure.
The RGB↔CMYK color conversion uses a standard color-separation formula and a generic, non-print-shop-specific ICC profile. Converted colors are an approximation and may differ from the final result produced by a specific printer, paper stock, or print shop's own color profile. For color-critical or professional print work, verify results with your print provider before proceeding.
The photo upscaling tool enlarges and sharpens images using automated methods. It cannot recover detail that was never present in the original file, and results will vary depending on the source image's quality.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TP is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. TP does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce specific results.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TP and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business, arising from your use of, or inability to use, this service.
Files you upload are processed to perform the requested conversion or upscale and are not knowingly used for any other purpose. Files are not intentionally retained beyond the processing session. This site does not currently publish a separate, detailed privacy policy; if you have questions about how your data is handled, please contact us using the details in Section 10.
This site may display advertisements served through Google Ad Manager or similar third-party ad networks. These networks may use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads. TP does not control the content of third-party advertisements and is not responsible for them.
These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
